Leading mental health treatment provider Clinical Partners Limited has completed the acquisition of Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre (“Oxford ADHD”).

Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s largest independent providers of neurodevelopmental and mental health services both for the NHS and private sectors. With a nationwide workforce of more than 400, Clinical Partners supports approximately 40,000 patients annually. The company is growing rapidly, and this acquisition underlines its commitment to enhancing its capacity to serve as many people as possible.

Founded in 2015 by Dr Polly Branney, Oxford ADHD & Autism Centre specialises in diagnosing and supporting children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders and related conditions. The business has a workforce of around 40 specialist staff who will join Clinical Partners.

Dr Polly Branney commented: “I set the clinic up eight years ago after experiencing a big care gap in local provision for an increased number of autism and ADHD referrals. Since then, we have treated over 3000 patients and partnered with a number of NHS services to help both adults and children access expert support.

“As a small independent clinic facing rising demand, it became clear that we could be more effective if we were part of a bigger group organisation that will invest in growth and training. Clinical Partners’ acquisition for the entire share capital of Oxford ADHD was completed on June 20 2023 for an undisclosed sum. Oxford ADHD was advised by CapEQ (M&A) with legal advice from Freeths. Clinical Partners was advised by Keystone Law (legal).
