Meet the founder of Divine Empowerment

Tell me about the founder behind Divine Empowerment?

Where to start? I’m 40, blonde and wildly ambitious. I have known for years that the lynchpin of dis-ease is trauma. I have spent the last 13 years working out how to dissolve trauma and therefore disease at large. The results I have seen are truly humbling, miraculous at times. I feel extremely fortunate to have found my vocation when work is fun you are more likely to succeed.

What’s the most common problem your customers approach you with?

I specialise in emotional trauma. So, people tend to approach me with depression, grief, heartbreak or any other devastating situation. It’s less well know that I also have wonderful results with physical issues including fibromyalgia. I believe stagnated emotion causes disease so the sky is the limit as far as applications go. I teach as well as seeing private clients as I’m very inspired to divinely empower others so they can help a world in dire need of healing.

What inspired you to launch your business and what is the end goal?

The need for healing and my ability to help inspire other businesses to launch. The end goal speaks to my wild ambition it’s instant healing of disease.

How do you set yourself apart from other businesses in your industry?

As far as I know, I have a unique product. There are a great number of extremely talented healers in the industry no doubt about it. The work that the team and I do is extremely fast and deep simultaneously. I expect and achieve instant, lasting results. If you have had an issue for years and it’s alleviated in a single session that pretty exciting.

Keeping an eye on the numbers in any business is important. How do you ensure that you’re always up to date?

I have a team of people that work with me. When building an international brand I have realised that I can’t do it all, I also don’t need to so I have a team helping me do it.

How much business is concentrated among your top customers?

My business model is terrible in some ways as I actually solve problems. This means that repeat business is limited until they have another issue. Students tend to take all the classes as they are very inspired and see the results first hand on themselves and their clients. I spend my time working with clients/ students, writing articles and actually running the business. It’s a mixture.

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learnt so far as an entrepreneur?

As an entrepreneur, it’s hard to have a work-life balance as you are constantly working to grow a business and are simply into it. It’s especially hard with Covid as you can’t go out and have fun, this means you or at least I end up working even harder. It’s important to have downtime too.

With all the success stories around entrepreneurship and how innovative people have to be to take the leap. How do you think you’ve innovated your sector and why?

I approach healing in a completely new way. I take inspiration from many fantastic modalities and re-work them into a modern and simpler format with equalled or better results. I have also discovered many many ways of healing that simply don’t exist. Divine Empowerment is a huge evolution in healing, its almost futuristic.

What are your thoughts on failure?

I’ve never been a fan of failure. I like to approach the world from the perspective of play. When you play you can’t fail. I just keep playing until I have achieved the desired results. If you put pressure on yourself to ‘succeed’ immediately there is no room for growth, no room for imagination or innovation.

As a business owner, do you know when to walk away from a sale?

Walking away is a tough one for me as I intrinsically want to help. If they are rolling their eyes it is best to just walk away.

Do you have a morning routine or ritual to get your day started on the right foot?

I really don’t have a morning routine ritual. I find being too rigid in my activities blocks my creative flow. Some people thrive on routine especially if they are overthinkers, I prefer to flow.

If you could be in a room with 4 entrepreneurs, who would they be and why?

Elon Musk as I really like the way he thinks always striving to improve things. Space X is a fantastic advancement from the antiquated NASA.

I’d like to ask Zuckerberg how he created Facebook and why he always shy’s away from that question?

Oprah, she has done a lot to help people and promoted bastions of the spiritual community.

What are your top tips for entrepreneurs wanting to get their business out there?

Make sure you have a great product. Don’t go to market with something which isn’t stellar. Social media is key to get it out there. It’s much cheaper than traditional advertising, so make sure your social media is strong.

What plans do you have for Divine Empowerment over the next two years?

I’m developing a book at the moment and am looking to expand my tribe of healers, oh yes and fully cracking dis-ease.

How important is company culture and what is your top tip to get it right?

Be a leader, not a boss. Inspire others, pay them well. Believe in and work towards the same dream. If you look after people who work with you, they tend not to leave.
