UVIONIX Secures $3.5M Seed funding to transform Warehouse Automation with AI-Powered Flying Robots

LAUNCHub Ventures has announced a $3.5 million seed investment in UVIONIX, a California-based robotics and automation company developing AI-powered autonomous flying robots for real-time inventory monitoring. The round is co-led by Hungarian PortfoLion and includes participation from Romanian Underline Ventures, German Robin Capital, and prominent angels, underscoring strong confidence in UVIONIX’s innovative approach to warehouse automation.

Founded by Bulgarian entrepreneur Boris Iskrev (CEO), UVIONIX steps on nearly 10 years of innovation in advanced aerospace technology to revolutionize warehouse automation. In collaboration with co-founder and CTO Stanislav Darmonski, PhD, the company developed U-Vee, a compact, autonomous flying robot designed to navigate warehouse environments seamlessly.

Leveraging AI and deep learning, U-Vee enables real-time, autonomous inventory monitoring with 99.9% accuracy. By creating live digital twins of warehouse spaces, U-Vee eliminates the need for manual stock checks, reducing errors, cutting costs, and streamlining logistics operations.
