Lightspeed partners with Neal’s Yard Remedies online and across 44 UK stores

 

Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (NYSE: LSPD) (TSX: LSPD) is pleased to announce that iconic British health and beauty brand, Neal’s Yard Remedies, has implemented Lightspeed’s flagship X-series POS technology across its UK commerce network.

Neal’s Yard Remedies sought a POS partner to help it achieve a consistent omnichannel experience for its customers worldwide, shopping online or in-store, and especially when using its popular loyalty and gift card programme.

Lightspeed has partnered with the brand across its 44 UK stores and online offering, implementing Lightspeed’s Marketing & Loyalty technology, powered by Marsello and GiftUp, to create a truly seamless omnichannel experience for the customers.

Neal’s Yard Remedies, pioneers in natural and organic skincare since 1981, sought a single view of its customers and a single view of its products, Lightspeed API has allowed them to do just that by building a PIM (Product Information Management) system.

Lightspeed Marketing & Loyalty has enriched Neal’s Yard Remedies’ knowledge about where, when, and how its customers purchase goods, to help with business decision-making at all levels of the company.

By adopting Lightspeed Payments, Neal’s Yard Remedies has been able to achieve simplicity. Having one provider for POS and payments, it has the security its retail and finance teams need to know they can operate seamlessly and without issue.
