Loch Associates Group appoints new Head of Training and Wellbeing

 

Loch Associates Group, the specialist business and employment company has appointed employment solicitor Amy White as its new Head of Training and Wellbeing. Amy will oversee the Group’s external training and wellbeing provision for clients which integrates seamlessly with the Loch Associates legal, HR and mediation services.

Amy has worked as an employment solicitor for 15 years. Prior to her role at Loch Associates, she was a partner at a full-service law firm where she delivered training to HR clients and was a mental health first aider. This new role brings together her legal expertise with her passion for upskilling people and supporting employee wellbeing.

“I’m really pleased to join Loch Associates as Head of Training and Wellbeing,” says Amy. “Our training provides clients with the knowledge and skills they need to act confidently, manage staff and proactively lead the way. By helping clients to develop wellbeing strategies and policies, we’re also working with employers to focus on employee mental health and safety. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow this provision at Loch Associates and provide a service that adds huge value to our clients.”

Loch Associates provides training around all matters impacting employment, including support for managers and businesses to manage remote and hybrid working, and handle difficult conversations. In addition to these training provisions, Loch Associates also offers wellbeing checks so that employers can provide a proactive wellbeing benefit to their staff.

Amy’s appointment comes at a time of fast growth for the Loch Associates Group, with an expanding team and service areas.
